Commercial booths are in 10x10 spaces and exhibitors may combine multiple booths if a larger space is required. Each 10x10 space is $500 and includes one 6' foot covered table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, 1 single-line company sign. A select number of smaller booths, 5x10, will be made available to non-profit organizations. Each 5x10 space is $250. There is no pipe and drape in the Exhibit Halls.
Booth space is limited, and is expected to sell out.
To reserve your space, 50% deposits will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Electricity, phone and wi-fi rental forms will be sent to you after we have received your completed registration form and payment.
In addition, space may be made available in the Pre-Function Space outside the hotel’s main ballroom. While this space can not be secured at night, it offers an exhibitor maximum visibility. Size, rates and availability of this unique space subject to negotiation.
Note: Registration to the HEAR2009 Conference is NOT included in the booth space prices. Two "Exhibitor" name badges per company will be provided which allow entrance to exhibit halls only. If additional badges are needed, they may be purchased at $25 each. HEAR2009 encourages exhibitors to register to attend the full Conference including workshops, general sessions and included banquets. Exhibitors will be given "Member Early Bird Registration" rates @ $175.00 per person. Full registration information is available on our website at http://www.hear2009.com.
Company Description
You will be asked to provide a brief description of your company and your product(s) or service(s) during the registration process. The description, which will appear in the HEAR2009 Program Guide, is used to determine separation of exhibitors that will be marketing competitive products/services, as well as to provide attendees with information about your company and product or service.
Booth Information
You will be asked to indicate your choices (up to 3) for booth location during the registration process. Referencing the floorplan, please indicate your choices for booth location. HEAR2009 will make diligent efforts to honor your request but final floor plan layout is solely at the discretion of HEAR2009. If there is a specific competitor that you do not wish to be placed next to or across from, please also indicate on space provided. Booth numbers will be assigned by January 19, 2009, to all exhibitors who are paid in full, in the order of the date of the receipt of the paid reservation forms. If none of requested choices are available, space will be assigned by HEAR2009.
